The Challenge


Designing a platform that supported both cryptocurrency and fiat transactions required balancing complex financial workflows, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations. The challenge was to create experiences that felt simple and accessible while maintaining accuracy, security, and transparency throughout the user journey.

My Contributions

  • Defined UX strategy and contributed to product direction.

  • Designed end-to-end flows for crypto and fiat payment operations.

  • Created scalable UI patterns and financial interfaces across web and mobile products.

  • Led and mentored a multidisciplinary design team.

  • Collaborated closely with founders, stakeholders, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Ensured visual consistency across products and touchpoints.

Process

The design process relied on continuous iteration, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.

Data & Insights

Behavioral analytics tools such as Lucky Orange and internal product data were used to better understand how users interacted with key financial features.

Insights helped identify:

  • High-usage transaction flows.

  • Friction points within critical payment journeys.

  • Opportunities for UX and conversion optimization.

  • Patterns in user behavior across web and mobile experiences.
